💕 Returns & Refunds
This is especially important for a personal-use product. My recommendation is to allow returns of unopened products while protecting yourself on opened ones.

At Nudess, your satisfaction is important to us.
Because our products are personal-use items, we have a few guidelines to help ensure the safety and quality of every order.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We'll review your request promptly and work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
